Please review these key rules before booking — by reserving, you agree to all house rules and to sign our rental agreement, as required by local and state regulations. 📄 Rental Agreement All guests must electronically sign our Rental Agreement sent via our Property Management System (PMS) within 5 days of booking (or within 24 hours for last-minute reservations). Guest Access

Guests have full, private access to the entire WNC Winter Retreat, including both levels of the home, the wraparound deck, hot tub, fire pit, and game room. The only exceptions are two locked owners’ closets. Our mountain road is well-maintained, but due to the seasonal weather in Waynesville, we recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles during the winter months for added peace of mind. 🚗 Parking Instructions The property offers ample gravel parking for up to four vehicles, making it ideal for families or small groups traveling separately. Please park only in designated gravel areas, not on the grass. Please do not park in front of or close to the garage. Parking is allowed only on the right-hand side of the driveway. This is our second time staying here and it is one of our favorites stays ever! Michelle lets my kids meet the horses and dogs, the sunsets are incredible and the house is cozy, clean, spacious and beautiful. We will continue to book here when staying in the area. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We wanted secluded and private and clean, we got all of that. I would stay here again for sure if I am up in the area again. Wish I had more time to be around the house as they have plenty of games and other things to do. I give it a 100%

We had a wonderful stay. This was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed—everything was spotless and very well cared for. The home is beautifully decorated, and the views are truly spectacular. There were also thoughtful touches throughout, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. They even came out to assist us with the hot tub when we couldn’t figure out the temperature control, which we really appreciated. The property is in a more secluded location, so most restaurants and activities require a bit of a drive. For us, that meant planning ahead a little more, but it also adds to the quiet, peaceful setting. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable place to stay—we really enjoyed our time here.

This was one of our best air b and b stays. The deck for morning coffee and evening drinks was PERFECT. The hot tub on the deck was enjoyed by many. The bedroom situation worked out well as well. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to spread out or be together. The game room was a great plus. Would definitely stay here again. The owners responded quickly to the couple of questions we had.

Perfect for our family of 6. The house was easy to get to and the host is very responsive so quickly resolved any issues we had (needed pilot light on and more ping pong balls). The ping pong table was our selling point! We loved the game room that was on the lower floor.

• A 4WD vehicle is highly recommended, especially during the winter months. • Renting a car or using your own is the best way to get around, as rideshare services and public transportation are extremely limited in this area.
