Please review these key rules before booking — by reserving, you agree to all house rules and to sign our rental agreement, as required by local and state regulations. 📄 Rental Agreement All guests must electronically sign our Rental Agreement sent via our Property Management System (PMS) within 5 days of booking (or within 24 hours for last-minute reservations). Guest Access

Guests have full, private access to the entire WNC Winter Retreat, including both levels of the home, the wraparound deck, hot tub, fire pit, and game room. The only exceptions are two locked owners’ closets. Our mountain road is well-maintained, but due to the seasonal weather in Waynesville, we recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles during the winter months for added peace of mind. 🚗 Parking Instructions The property offers ample gravel parking for up to four vehicles, making it ideal for families or small groups traveling separately. Please park only in designated gravel areas, not on the grass. Please do not park in front of or close to the garage. Parking is allowed only on the right-hand side of the driveway. We had an amazing stay! The place was spacious, cozy, and perfect for a mountain getaway. The hot tub and fireplace were highlights and made the experience even better. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful surroundings, and a great overall vibe. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed here over New Year’s and really enjoyed our stay. The Christmas tree was beautiful and added a festive atmosphere. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We were a group of 10, and there were plenty of towels, including jacuzzi towels, which was very convenient. For larger groups, having more bathrooms would make the stay even more comfortable. Thank you for hosting us!

• A 4WD vehicle is highly recommended, especially during the winter months. • Renting a car or using your own is the best way to get around, as rideshare services and public transportation are extremely limited in this area.
