Noise: Please keep excess noise to a minimum. Be respectful of your neighbors and the home. Parties: We do not allow any parties on our property. Smart TV Services: We do not provide accounts for the following: Prime, Disney Plus, Hulu & Netflix. You will have to use your own log-in to watch from these channels and just log it out when you check out. Smoking: No smoking inside the home or outside on the deck. Smoking inside will result in charges for cleaning the smell from the house. Also please do not burn candles or incense etc. (For everyone's safety) • No Vaping/Smoking: $300 Violation Fee • No Pets Allowed: $250 Violation Fee • No Furniture Moving: $100 Violation Fee Parking 2 Parking space. Late Checkout: As a reminder, if you did not reach out to us about a late checkout, a late checkout fee of $15 will be charged at 15 minutes and a late checkout fee of $50 will be charged at 30 minutes late as this delays our cleaning team. At an hour, the next day rate will be charged. We hope you enjoyed your stay!

I had a great stay here! The place was very clean and well taken care of. The host provided lots of helpful information that made everything super easy, and the location was close to everything I needed. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for my wife and me, and our 2 adult children. We were able to walk to downtown Waynesville where there are unique shops and restaurants. The house was just as described and we would stay here again when we are back in town.

Perfect family stay for the holidays! This home was the perfect place to spend Christmas with my family. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean, well organized, and smelled amazing, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. -The decor is modern, elegant, and very welcoming. -The bedrooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and high-quality linens. -The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped, with modern appliances and everything you need to cook without worrying about a thing. -The common areas are thoughtfully laid out and ideal for family time. The outdoor deck is also a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. -The location is another big highlight. The area is quiet and peaceful, everything you need is nearby. It’s a very strategic location. -Communication was excellent from the beginning, always kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

We chose this place based on location due to the fact our one son was graduating WCU and our other son was flying into Asheville late in the evening and the layout of the house because we were also traveling with my father in law who has dementia. The layout was perfect to keep an eye on him. Michelle was very receptive when I had to message her. Felt like being at home. We absolutely loved the house.

Desde que llegamos sentimos esa increíble sensación de “esto se siente como en casa”. La luz natural, la distribución y la decoración tan cuidada hacen que el espacio sea muy acogedor. La calefacción funcionaba excelente y la casa se mantuvo calientita siempre; un tip es preguntarle al host la temperatura ideal, porque a veces no sabíamos cómo fijarla. Viajamos con nuestro bebé de 11 meses y la casa parecía preparada para él: impecable, segura y sin elementos peligrosos. Podía gatear y moverse libremente, con lugares donde apoyarse, lo cual nos dio mucha tranquilidad. Las camas y la ropa de cama eran cómodas; todos dormimos muy bien, sumado a la paz del entorno. La ubicación también fue muy buena: incluso pudimos caminar con el carrito hasta el downtown de Waynesville, y está cerca de varios lugares de interés. Quiero destacar la rapidez y buena disposición de Michelle; la comunicación fue fluida en todo momento. En resumen, un lugar cómodo, bonito y perfecto para familias.
