π Rental Agreement & Guest Verification βͺοΈ All guests must electronically sign a short rental agreement and provide gov't ID before check-in. This confirms that local laws, occupancy limits, and community guidelines are understood and agreed upon β βͺοΈ Reservations without a signed agreement may be canceled in accordance with policy βͺοΈ Only the person who made the reservation can sign the agreement and complete guest verification for accuracy and security π π΄ Equestrian Facilities βͺοΈ Fenced 3.5-acre paddock for turnout, trailer turnaround space, and a new 2-stall barn with tack room & water. Solar-powered lights only (no electric). βͺοΈ Guests must provide: Certificate of Liability Insurance (Banjo Lane Holdings, LLC as additional insured) Current Coggins and shot records for each horse Signed Waiver of Liability Form βͺοΈ Barn & Stalls: $25/stall per day; mandatory $60 cleaning fee + $125 manure removal fee if needed. Stalls must be cleared of shavings and debris. βͺοΈ Paddocks/Pasture: Must be cared for and picked per standard protocols. Unpicked paddocks incur a $100 fee. βͺοΈ Horse Trailer Rental: Bumper Pull 2-Horse Straight Load Trailer, $50/day + $60 cleaning fee. Renter must provide valid auto insurance coverage. π‘ Property Rules & Guidelines βͺοΈ Minimum Age: Guests must be 21+ to book. Reservations by anyone under 21 will be canceled without refund. βͺοΈ No Pets: Lux Mountain Chalet is strictly pet-free. Violations may result in a $500 fine or early termination of stay. βͺοΈ Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items. Replacement costs + 15% service fee may apply. βͺοΈ Weather & Property Care: Mountain winds may occur, secure outdoor furniture and hot tub covers when not in use. βͺοΈ Hot Tub: Professionally serviced and sanitized after every stay. May not be fully heated on arrival but will reach temperature shortly thereafter.
