📜 Rental Agreement & Guest Verification ▪️ All guests must electronically sign a short rental agreement and provide gov't ID before check-in. This confirms that local laws, occupancy limits, and community guidelines are understood and agreed upon ✅ ▪️ Reservations without a signed agreement may be canceled in accordance with policy ▪️ Only the person who made the reservation can sign the agreement and complete guest verification for accuracy and security 🔒 🐴 Equestrian Facilities ▪️ Fenced 3.5-acre paddock for turnout, trailer turnaround space, and a new 2-stall barn with tack room & water. Solar-powered lights only (no electric). ▪️ Guests must provide: Certificate of Liability Insurance (Banjo Lane Holdings, LLC as additional insured) Current Coggins and shot records for each horse Signed Waiver of Liability Form ▪️ Barn & Stalls: $25/stall per day; mandatory $60 cleaning fee + $125 manure removal fee if needed. Stalls must be cleared of shavings and debris. ▪️ Paddocks/Pasture: Must be cared for and picked per standard protocols. Unpicked paddocks incur a $100 fee. ▪️ Horse Trailer Rental: Bumper Pull 2-Horse Straight Load Trailer, $50/day + $60 cleaning fee. Renter must provide valid auto insurance coverage. 🏡 Property Rules & Guidelines ▪️ Minimum Age: Guests must be 21+ to book. Reservations by anyone under 21 will be canceled without refund. ▪️ No Pets: Lux Mountain Chalet is strictly pet-free. Violations may result in a $500 fine or early termination of stay. ▪️ Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items. Replacement costs + 15% service fee may apply. ▪️ Weather & Property Care: Mountain winds may occur, secure outdoor furniture and hot tub covers when not in use. ▪️ Hot Tub: Professionally serviced and sanitized after every stay. May not be fully heated on arrival but will reach temperature shortly thereafter.

This agreement confirms that you’ve reviewed and accepted all house rules, occupancy limits, and liability terms for your stay. 📄 Important: Your reservation is not considered final until this agreement is signed. If we do not receive your signed agreement within 5 days of booking (or within 24 hours for last-minute reservations), your reservation will be canceled in accordance with platform and local policy. Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire Lux Mountain Chalet home, including the chalet, deck, firepit, and hot tub areas. The property provides ample gravel parking for up to six vehicles — perfect for families or groups traveling separately. Please park only on the gravel areas, not on the grass. The gravel road leading to the home is well-maintained, but because of our mountain setting, we recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle during winter months for peace of mind. There’s also space for a large horse trailer near the additional paddock if needed.

Great place for a family to come to relax, we enjoyed the scenery and the hot tub. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone had room. 4 wheel drive is definitely a nice to have on the driveway but not necessary. Love the view.

The whole trip was amazing and the best part was the house. The scenery and views all around were incredible as well as the interior being exceptionally clean and beautiful! We had no complaints or issues with anything, the family absolutely loved it. Host was very responsive and friendly. Great getaway vacation for anyone looking for someplace to enjoy a nice view throughout the day and comforting surroundings all around.

The setting is unreal — endless rolling hills, beautiful layered ridgelines, and a sky that looks hand-painted from sunrise to dusk. The air feels different out there. Quieter. Slower. Like the rest of the world doesn’t exist. Mornings were wrapped in stillness, just coffee and mountain views stretching for miles. Nights felt raw and intimate — no city noise, no distractions, just darkness, stars, and that deep mountain calm you don’t realize you’ve been missing, all whike you relax in the hot tub. It’s secluded without feeling disconnected, wild but comfortable. The kind of place where time bends a little and you actually exhale. Perfect for slipping away with someone and forgetting everything else. We didn’t just stay here — we experienced it. Can’t wait to go back. Pictures do not do it justice.

We had a wonderful time here! I came out with some friends and it fit 7 of us perfectly and comfortably. The mountain view was absolutely stunning and I love the big windows so we can stare at it the entire trip. Everything was clean and felt ready for guests to be there. My friends and I enjoyed the clean and spacious hot tub as well as the firepit for s’mores. My only complaint would be the driveway is really steep, so if you live in flat land be careful driving up it. Still, 10/10 would pick this spot again!

Great place to stay! We loved the view. Our kiddos had a blast seeing the horses outside. Everything was so clean. The host was extremely responsive. We needed a pack and play and gate for the stairs to make it baby proof, and she made sure we had a gate there for our stay! There is only 1 bathroom for people to use that are not staying in the primary bedroom that had its own bathroom. The view was incredible!!! Highly recommend
