This confirms that local laws, occupancy limits, and community guidelines are understood and agreed upon ✅ ▪️ Reservations without a signed agreement may be canceled in accordance with policy ▪️ Only the person who made the reservation can sign the agreement and complete guest verification for accuracy and security 🔒 🐴 Equestrian Facilities ▪️ Fenced 3.5-acre paddock for turnout, trailer turnaround space, and a new 2-stall barn with tack room & water. Solar-powered lights only (no electric). ▪️ Guests must provide: Certificate of Liability Insurance (Banjo Lane Holdings, LLC as additional insured) Current Coggins and shot records for each horse Signed Waiver of Liability Form ▪️ Barn & Stalls: $25/stall per day; mandatory $60 cleaning fee + $125 manure removal fee if needed. Stalls must be cleared of shavings and debris. ▪️ Paddocks/Pasture: Must be cared for and picked per standard protocols. Unpicked paddocks incur a $100 fee. ▪️ Horse Trailer Rental: Bumper Pull 2-Horse Straight Load Trailer, $50/day + $60 cleaning fee. Renter must provide valid auto insurance coverage. 🏡 Property Rules & Guidelines ▪️ Minimum Age: Guests must be 21+ to book. Reservations by anyone under 21 will be canceled without refund. ▪️ No Pets: Lux Mountain Chalet is strictly pet-free. Replacement costs + 15% service fee may apply. ▪️ Weather & Property Care: Mountain winds may occur, secure outdoor furniture and hot tub covers when not in use. ▪️ Hot Tub: Professionally serviced and sanitized after every stay. May not be fully heated on arrival but will reach temperature shortly thereafter.

This agreement confirms that you’ve reviewed and accepted all house rules, occupancy limits, and liability terms for your stay. 📄 Important: Your reservation is not considered final until this agreement is signed. If we do not receive your signed agreement within 5 days of booking (or within 24 hours for last-minute reservations), your reservation will be canceled in accordance with platform and local policy. Located in Waynesville — a charming mountain town in Haywood County that serves as the western gateway to Great Smoky Mountains National Park — the Blue Ridge Parkway is minutes away with some of its most scenic overlooks. Downtown Waynesville's Main Street is a genuine delight: independently owned galleries, restaurants, and coffee shops line several walkable blocks. Favorites include Panacea Coffee Shop, Bogart's Restaurant, and The Sweet Onion. Asheville's world-renowned dining, craft brewery, and arts scene is just 25–30 minutes east on I-40. The entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is about 30 minutes west through the dramatic Soco Gap. Cataloochee Valley — home to one of the park's elk herds — is a beautiful 45-minute drive.

Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire Lux Mountain Chalet 🏔️, including the chalet 🏡, deck 🌄, firepit 🔥, and hot tub ♨️ areas. The property provides ample gravel parking for up to six vehicles 🚗🚙 — perfect for families or groups traveling separately. Please park only on the gravel areas, not on the grass 🌿. The gravel road leading to the home is well-maintained, but because of our mountain setting ⛰️, we recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle during winter months ❄️ for peace of mind. There’s also space for a large horse trailer 🐴 near the additional paddock if needed. ⚠️ Please note: The garage is not accessible to guests and is not included as part of the rental. The garage will remain locked 🔒 during your stay.

A car is essential in Waynesville. Asheville is 25–30 minutes east; the national park's Cataloochee entrance is 45 minutes west. Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is approximately 35–40 minutes east — the most convenient option. Knoxville (TYS) is about 1.5 hours west. The Blue Ridge Parkway is minutes away for scenic driving. Ride-share has limited availability in Waynesville — plan to drive.
