This confirms that local laws, occupancy limits, and community guidelines are understood and agreed upon ✅ ▪️ Reservations without a signed agreement may be canceled in accordance with policy ▪️ Only the person who made the reservation can sign the agreement and complete guest verification for accuracy and security 🔒 🐴 Equestrian Facilities ▪️ Fenced 3.5-acre paddock for turnout, trailer turnaround space, and a new 2-stall barn with tack room & water. Solar-powered lights only (no electric). ▪️ Guests must provide: Certificate of Liability Insurance (Banjo Lane Holdings, LLC as additional insured) Current Coggins and shot records for each horse Signed Waiver of Liability Form ▪️ Barn & Stalls: $25/stall per day; mandatory $60 cleaning fee + $125 manure removal fee if needed. Stalls must be cleared of shavings and debris. ▪️ Paddocks/Pasture: Must be cared for and picked per standard protocols. Unpicked paddocks incur a $100 fee. ▪️ Horse Trailer Rental: Bumper Pull 2-Horse Straight Load Trailer, $50/day + $60 cleaning fee. Renter must provide valid auto insurance coverage. 🏡 Property Rules & Guidelines ▪️ Minimum Age: Guests must be 21+ to book. Reservations by anyone under 21 will be canceled without refund. ▪️ No Pets: Lux Mountain Chalet is strictly pet-free. Violations may result in a $500 fine or early termination of stay. ▪️ Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items. Replacement costs + 15% service fee may apply. ▪️ Weather & Property Care: Mountain winds may occur, secure outdoor furniture and hot tub covers when not in use. ▪️ Hot Tub: Professionally serviced and sanitized after every stay. May not be fully heated on arrival but will reach temperature shortly thereafter.

If we do not receive your signed agreement within 5 days of booking (or within 24 hours for last-minute reservations), your reservation will be canceled in accordance with platform and local policy. Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire Lux Mountain Chalet home, including the chalet, deck, firepit, and hot tub areas. The property provides ample gravel parking for up to six vehicles — perfect for families or groups traveling separately. Please park only on the gravel areas, not on the grass. The gravel road leading to the home is well-maintained, but because of our mountain setting, we recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle during winter months for peace of mind. There’s also space for a large horse trailer near the additional paddock if needed.

This is a peaceful, beautiful property with an amazing view! The house was perfect for our stay. We particularly enjoyed hiking up the ridge behind the house, soaking in the hot tub, and s’mores around the fire pit. Will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room for the teenagers to have their own spaces and room for everyone to spend time together in the living/ dining area. It was very peaceful and relaxing with great views. The house was a spotless and well maintained. We will be checking this house first for future stays in the area.

This place was perfect for two families of 4. There was plenty of room for the kids and the grown ups. Eveything is clean and modern. The view is gorgeous. Waking up next the view of horses out the window was our daughter’s favorite. We loved our stay and plan to stay again if we return to NC.

It was fantastic! Peaceful, private, well equipped! We had smores by the fire one night, utilized the hot tub and slept like babies every night in the comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again ❤️

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Very beautiful and peaceful stay! Michelle was super friendly! She let my daughters give the horses treats. The hot tub was HUGE! And very relaxing! The yard games were fun! And we had an awesome time making s’mores under the stars. I would definitely stay here again!
